Who are GCC Servicing?
You have been contacted by ourselves as we have been asked to manage your account by our client The Car Finance Company.
We wrote to all customers in December 2018 detailing the changes to your account which became effective from the 1st of January 2019.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

What are the GCC Servicing opening hours?
Monday to Friday: 8am-6.45pm
Can I still speak to The Car Finance Company about my agreement?
No, GCC Servicing are undertaking all aspects of your agreement from the 1st of January 2019. Should you have any questions at all please call us on 02392 448 500.
Has my payment date changed?
No, the payment date remains the same.
Will I have to pay more now?
No, the amount you are required to pay remains the same as with The Car Finance Company. If you would like to receive a settlement figure, please email us via firstname.lastname@example.org
If I have a standing order set up do I need to change anything?
No, you don’t need to do anything. Payments will continue as normal on the agreed date.
If I pay over the phone, who do I call now?
We would suggest that you use the online payment portal, why? because its quick and easy to use it on the go and you don’t get charged the £1.50 fee which you do get charged when paying over the phone.

If I pay by online payment portal, how do I pay now?
You can pay via our online portal and it works in exactly the same way as The Car Finance Company online portal. Paying via the portal is quick, easy, safe and secure. Also, you don’t get charged the £1.50 admin fee. Please click here to make payment.
Why does it still say ‘The Car Finance Company’ on my debit card payment?
We are still using the payment process from The Car Finance Company to make it easier for our customers.
How do I request a settlement figure?
To request a settlement figure please call us on 02392 448 500 or alternatively email us via email@example.com and you can request it this way.
How does this affect the payment reminder system installed by The Car Finance Company?

How do I request a code for my device?
A quick and easy way to re-request a code is to use our online service. Click here to access it.
Who will remove my device at the end of my agreement?
Once you are nearing the end of your agreement, we will contact you to arrange for a third-party supplier to come and remove the device at a time that is convenient for you.
Do I need to sign a new contract with GCC Servicing?
No new contract required. The contract you signed at the start of your agreement with The Car Finance Company remains in place. All terms and conditions of your Hire Purchase Agreement remain the same.
Will my account number change?
No this will remain the same.
I sent an email/letter to The Car Finance Company contact details will you still get this?
Yes, your email/letter will be redirected to ourselves.
I want to make a complaint regarding my agreement with The Car Finance Company, how do I do this?
All complaints will be investigated and dealt with by us. If you would like to make a complaint, please call us on 02392 448 500.
If I have an open complaint who do I speak to?
All information regarding your complaint has been passed over to us. To discuss your complaint please call us on 02392 448 500.
If I was in an existing payment plan with The Car Finance Company who do I speak to now?
You speak with us. All the terms and conditions of your payment plan remain the same. If you would like to speak with us regarding your payment plan please call us on 02392 448 500.
I had a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) set up. Is this still in place?
Yes, your CPA is still set up and your payment will be taken as planned.
I have had a change in circumstances and now experiencing financial difficulty, what should I do?
We are here to listen and help and suggest that you call us on 02392 448 500 as soon as possible so we can discuss your financial situation.
The Car Finance Company owe me a refund, how do I get this?
Please call us on 02392 448 500 and we will review your account and any refund due to you from The Car Finance Company we can process.
I want to update my personal details such as address and phone number who do I need to tell?
Please call us, GCC Servicing on 02392 448 500 and we can amend your personal details.
I want to settle my agreement; how do I do this?
Please call us on 02392 448 500.
Can I change my payment date?
Yes you are able to change your payment date, in line with company policy, as long as it is not your first payment with us. It is your responsibility to notify your bank about your agreed date change for payment as your bank will need to change the date of your standing order. To change your payment date you will need to call customer service on 02392 448 500.
Are The Car Finance Company allowed to share my personal details with you?
Yes. As GCC Servicing have taken over the management of all The Car Finance Company Hire Purchase Agreements, it is necessary for GCC Servicing to have access to customer personal details to service the agreement in line with the terms and conditions.
