Why am I receiving a letter from Arrow Global with an out of date balance?

Your account has been purchased from The Car Finance Company by Arrow Global. Your account has been transferred on 31/07/2019. The purpose of the letter is to inform you of the debt assignment. The outstanding balance listed on the letter reflects your balance from March 2019. Please be assured any payments since March 2019 have been received and have been applied to your account.

Why is this happening?

Your account has been purchased from The Car Finance Company by Arrow Global. Your account has been transferred on 31/07/2019. GCC Servicing will continue to manage the account on behalf of Arrow.

Who are Arrow Global Limited (Arrow)?

Arrow are a leading European credit management service provider, who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Firm Reference Number 718754. For more information about who Arrow Global are, please visit their website www.arrowglobal.net

Why is this happening again?

In January 2019 The Car Finance Company outsourced the servicing of your account to GCC Servicing and The Car Finance Company still owned the account. Arrow have now purchased your account from The Car Finance Company and GCC servicing will continue to service the account on behalf of Arrow.

How is this going to affect my credit file?

The Car Finance Company will cease reporting your agreement to their selected credit bureau, Transunion in August 2019 and Arrow will begin to report your agreement from September 2019 to Transunion and in addition, Arrow will also begin to report to Equifax and Experian.

What's happening with The Car Finance Company?

The Car Finance Company will still be an active company but no longer own your account or service customers.

What happened to GCC Servicing?

Nothing will change with GCC Servicing. GCC Servicing will continue to provide you high quality customer service.

Will the contact details change?

Yes, our contact details will change from 23/08/2019. Our telephone number is now 01925 696 380. The letter you have received will detail our new contact information and you will be able to locate our most up to date contact details via our website; https://gccservicing.co.uk/contact/

My standing order is with GCC Servicing – what should I do? Who will get my money?

You don’t need to do anything with your Standing Order, any money paid will be transferred to Arrow Global.

How do I pay?

All payment methods will remain the same. You do not need to amend your standing order and you can continue to pay via the website at https://gccservicing.co.uk/make-a-payment/ or alternatively you can call us on 01925 696 380. Unfortunately, from 23/07/2019 you will no longer to able to pay via our automated phone payment service however you can call us on 01925 696 380 and one of our helpful customer service team will be happy to process your payment.

Will I be treated differently?

No your account will not be treated any differently and you will continue to receive excellent customer service from GCC Servicing’s experienced customer service team.

If I need a code who will I contact?

GCC Servicing will continue to service your account including issuing codes. To re-request a code text CODE to 60070 or visit our website on https://gccservicing.co.uk/make-a-payment/. You can also call GCC Servicing on 01925 696 380 to discuss your account and request a code.

Who will remove my device from my car if my account is being transferred?

A company called RS Connect handles device removals for GCC Servicing and will continue to do so. When you reach the end of your agreement one of our helpful and experienced customer service agents will call you to assist you with the removal of your device.

Why have a debt purchasing company taken over my agreement?

Arrow Global are a credit management service who acquire debt portfolios. Your account has been purchased from The Car Finance Company by Arrow Global. Your account has been transferred on 30/07/2019. GCC Servicing will continue to manage the account on behalf of Arrow.

Can I still pay on the GCC Servicing Website?

You can continue to pay on the GCC Servicing Website. Please visit; https://gccservicing.co.uk/make-a-payment/

Why do you keep changing?

Your original provider, The Car Finance Company are looking to leave the marketplace. Your account has been purchased from The Car Finance Company by Arrow therefore becoming the new owner of your agreement however your account will continue to be serviced by GCC Servicing.

What happens if I fail to make my payments on time?

We will continue with our current process, should you fail to make payments or come to a payment arrangement with us, there is a possibility in accordance with the terms and conditions that we could come and collect your vehicle.

Is GCC Servicing allowed to share my personal details with Arrow?

Arrow now own your account and everything GCC Servicing do with your data will be shared with Arrow. Arrow Global act as a data controller in accordance with the Information Commissioners Office, registration number Z9260328. Will I have a new account number?

No your account number will remain the same.

Do TCFC have the right to sell my debt?

The Car Finance Company has the right to assign or transfer any, or all, of their rights to your Hire Purchase Agreement at any time. They do not require your consent to do so.
